The house consists of a kitchen, a large living room with lounge area, 3 bedrooms (2 single beds, 1 double bed, 1 double bed), shower room, 2 toilets. Outside, 2 terraces and a summer kitchen in the garage. Children's playroom upstairs. Oil heating (€50/week and €20/weekend from October 1st to May 15th). Tourist tax €0.90/person/day. Possibility of taking the €50 cleaning package for the stay. Sheets and duvet covers provided. Independent gîte on land (1 ha) including a meadow and a small wood; peace and quiet guaranteed in the heart of the Corrèze countryside. Large terraces and shaded areas. 180 m2 house which offers spacious rooms.
