In the commune of St Paul en Forêt, 5 km from Fayence, in a very quiet residential area, beautiful villa set in 6000m² grounds. Private swimming pool with steps (8m x 4m, depth 120/160 - Alarm). Terraces with garden furniture and deckchairs. Parking space. All shops 2 km. Village centre 2 km. Sea and beach 35 km.

5-room villa of 150m² on 2 levels fully air-conditioned: Living/dining room with TV (TNT), DVD, Home Cinema, swimming pool exit. Fully equipped open-plan kitchen. Guest WC. Master bedroom with 1 double bed (160), TV, Dressing room, swimming pool exit, bathroom with bath/shower. 1 Bedroom with 1 double bed (160). floor: 1 Bedroom with 1 double bed (160), terrace exit. 1 Bedroom with 1 double bed (140), exit to terrace.
