Old tobacco dryer restored in accordance with the preservation of heritage. Single-storey house adjoining another gîte, equipped with reversible air conditioning. You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, 4 induction burners, combination freezer, a living room with TV, internet. You will have access to a bedroom with 1 bed 140x190 as well as a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet but in the bathroom. Garden furniture, plancha in front of the gîte on the covered terrace. Unfenced land of 1000 m2 open onto the property.
There are 2 friendly dogs on site and you can see the sheep.

In the heart of the Dordogne Valley, relaxation and idleness will be on the agenda with the swimming pool, shared with another gîte for 4 people, size 6.45mx3.70m, depth 1.45m, flat bottom, secured by an electric curtain, unheated and open from May to October. You will have your feet in the water with a view of the green valley.
You will appreciate the many architectural riches of our heritage a few kilometers from Sarlat and the must-see sites of the Périgord Noir. You can visit the International Center for Parietal Art Lascaux 4 in Montignac in the Vézère Valley, the castles of the Dordogne Valley, in the Lot Rocamadour and the Padirac chasm or prefer outdoor activities with many hiking, horse riding, mountain biking or canoeing (hiking departures from the cottage and river 1 km away).
