The entrance to this single-storey cottage is through one of the bay windows opening onto a beautiful living room with a fitted kitchen, a lounge/dining area with a sofa (TV, wifi, pellet stove). You can occupy the small 7 m2 bedroom for 1 person with 2 90x190 beds including 1 bunk bed and you will have 2 other bedrooms each with 1 160x200 bed (one of which can be converted into 2 80 beds) and 2 bathrooms with walk-in shower and WC, one of which is private for one of the bedrooms.
An enclosed garden of 1000 m2 currently being planted and a spacious covered terrace will allow you to enjoy the countryside. Private unheated swimming pool secured by a cover (lockable with keys), size 2.5mx5m, depth 1.50m, chlorine, open from June 15 to September 15. Baby equipment on request: travel cot, high chair. Private parking on site (2 cars). In the heart of the Dordogne Valley, you will appreciate this contemporary house, located at the end of the hamlet, of great comfort, with its private swimming pool. The plus of this house: its very large bay windows with panoramic opening onto the forest, the swimming pool and the calm of the place. You can easily radiate in the Périgord Noir with its historical visits and its natural riches. Castelnaud la Chapelle is a village classified among "The Most Beautiful Villages of France" whose fortified castle dominates the confluence of the Dordogne and the Céou.
