40 m2 house adjoining the owners' house. After 5 steps, you will access the "Géranium" gîte with reversible air conditioning for 2 people, with an entrance to the kitchen (fridge-top, 2 induction hobs, microwave) open to the dining room-living room with a sofa bed, a television, a Wifi internet connection. In this same room, you will have a 140x190 bed and you will appreciate the quality of the independent bathroom with shower, sink and electric towel dryer (washing machine). Separate WC. When you return from your visits, you will enjoy the 20 m2 unfenced garden extension in front of the gîte with garden furniture and gas barbecue. Baby equipment: bed and high chair on request. End of stay cleaning: €50, towels: €8/person, sheets: €10/bed, heating: €5/day, pet supplement: €5/day This cozy nest is very close to the most beautiful tourist sites in Périgord: Sarlat (a medieval city with an exceptional heritage 15 km away), Castelnaud castle, Beynac and Milandes castles, Montfort and Fénelon castles, the village of La Roque-Gageac, Bastide de Domme, in the Dordogne Valley and Les Eyzies de Tayac (Capital of Prehistory), the International Center for Parietal Art Lascaux 4 in Montignac on the Vézère Valley but also Rocamadour and the Padirac chasm in the Lot... The cottage is located near the Dordogne river; ideal place to fully enjoy outdoor activities such as fishing, swimming and canoeing, not to mention hiking and cycling.
Come and share a moment with the owners' life companions: donkeys, sheep, horses, cows, dogs. This cottage will allow you to rest and recharge your batteries during your stay in Périgord.
