300 m from the village of St Avit Rivière, 8 km from Monpazier (all shops) and 10 km from Buisson de Cadouin, 70 m2 house adjoining another rental 'Gîtes de France' ref. 24G019019. On one level. Living room with kitchen area and lounge area. 2 bedrooms: 2 single beds and 1 double bed. Shower room with separate toilet in the shower room. Gas central heating. Covered shelter. Garage. Private unfenced land of 500 m2 and unfenced land of 1000 m2 shared with the other gîte 25m away. Terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue. You can enjoy its jacuzzi shared with another gîte all year round, in a separate shed, with a shower and toilet. Electricity included. Towels 5€/person/change. Sheets 10€/bed/change. End of stay cleaning 40€. Heating 9€/day. Tourist sites: Dordogne Valley and its many castles (Castelnaud, Beynac...), Vézère Valley (International Center for Parietal Art Lascaux 4 in Montignac), Bastide circuits (Monpazier, Beaumont du Périgord...), Limeuil classified among "the most beautiful villages in France", Cingle de Trémolat, Gouffre de Proumeyssac...
