Independent single storey cottage not overlooked with a quiet garden in the heart of a 4200 m2 estate shared with 2 other cottages. You will have access to the living room with a sofa bed and a kitchen area (dishwasher). You can enjoy a bedroom with 1 bed 160x200 and a bathroom with a standard size shower. Separate toilet. Laundry room with washing machine shared by the 3 cottages.
You can use the private shaded terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. After your visits, you can enjoy the heated swimming pool shared with 2 other gîtes, chlorine, 9mx4m, depth 1.m to 1.40m, secured by cover, open and heated from mid-May to the end of September. Baby equipment on request. The price includes: sheets, towels, electricity, heating. The price does not include: cleaning at the end of the stay 30 €.
