Come and discover this independent house in a small hamlet at the end of a dead end, on one level with a beautiful living room and a fully equipped semi-open kitchen. You will enjoy a master suite with a 160x200 bed, shower room and private toilet and two bedrooms with 2 90 beds (one of the bedrooms is accessible by a step), a shower room and a separate toilet.
The garage has a ping-pong table and also allows the storage of your bicycles or motorcycles. Outside, a semi-sheltered terrace offers you a table football, garden furniture, deckchair, barbecue for moments of relaxation with family or friends.
On request, baby equipment can be provided: travel cot, high chair, bathtub.
