3 km from Beynac (Shops) and 15 km from Sarlat, 60 m2 apartment in the owners' house with independent entrance not overlooked on an unfenced plot of 2000 m2 with garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue. You will access an entrance with a staircase of 16 steps from the ground floor.
The upper floor consists of a living room with kitchen area with Wi-Fi internet connection, a bedroom with a 90x190 bed and a 140x190 bed, a second bedroom with a 140x190 bed with shower room and separate WC.
Electric heating is included. Fans available on site.
Kit for 140 bed (€17) and kit for 90 bed (€13).
