4 km from Montignac (all shops) and 1 km from Aubas (rural multiple with various shops), detached house of 80 m2 in a non-active farmhouse. Raised ground floor: Living room with kitchen area and lounge area with 1 sofa bed in 130. Shower room with WC. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms and a baby corner (2 beds in 90, 1 bed in 140). Bathroom with WC. Electric heating. Unfenced land of 1500 m2 with a terrace of 18 m2, garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue. Bathroom linen €7/person/change. Sheets €10/bed/change. End of stay cleaning €40. Electricity over 8 kw/day: €0.18/additional kw. Old renovated farmhouse comprising the gîte, the stable with the adjoining barbecue, the bakehouse which serves as a bicycle shed and the old unoccupied barn, with a splendid view of the surrounding countryside, not overlooked, in an open and quiet space. The neighbours' farm is 150 m before arriving at the gîte. The rural path which passes behind the property serves a single house located 300 m higher; this path is a hiking trail. The gîte is ideally located for visiting the sites of the Vézère Valley including the International Centre for Parietal Art Lascaux 4 in Montignac, the National Museum of Prehistory in Les Eyzies de Tayac 30 km away... not forgetting a visit to Sarlat, a medieval town with an exceptional heritage or the Château de Hautefort (Gardens and Museum of Medicine) 25 km away.
