2 km from Cénac (Shops) and 12 km from Sarlat, 71 m2 house adjoining a house in a hamlet. Ground floor: Living room with kitchen area and lounge area with Wi-Fi internet connection. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms: 2 single beds and 1 double bed. Shower room. Separate toilet. Electric heating. Enclosed courtyard of 60 m2. Enclosed terrace of 105 m2 with garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue and parasol. Swing in the meadow area for children under 12 and ping-pong table available on request, all to be shared with the owner and his family. Large lawn of 300 m2 and unfenced meadows of 3585 m2 with private parking for cars and bicycle garage shared with the other gîte. Household linen included. Bathroom linen €5/person/change. Sheets 15€/bed/change. End of stay cleaning 45€. Heating 8€/day. Beautiful stone house typical of the Périgord, in the Dordogne Valley near Sarlat, a medieval city with an exceptional heritage. You will appreciate the wide choice of activities that this region offers you such as visits to castles (Château de Beynac, Château de Castelnaud, Château des Milandes...), walks in the heart of villages, 10 of which are classified among the 'most beautiful villages in France' (La Roque Gageac. Castelnaud. Limeuil. Domme...), gabare and canoe trips on the Dordogne, visits to gardens (Eyrignac, Marqueyssac, the water garden in Carsac...). Horse riding in an Equestrian Center 4 kilometers away in Castelnaud.
The Gîte is located on the edge of a tarmac road, but access can be made via a path which leads to the parking spaces.
