Beautiful house of 100 m2 decorated with care on a wooded and flowered plot entirely enclosed of approximately 2500 m2 with 3 terraces, garden furniture, armchairs, parasols and electric plancha. You will have a beautiful modern kitchen fully equipped and you will access by two steps the dining room open to the living room (television and internet). By the corridor, you will find a bedroom with 1 bed of 140x190. By the corridor after 2 steps, you will have the bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate toilets. Upstairs, you can enjoy two other bedrooms: a bedroom with 1 bed of 140x190 and a bedroom with 2 beds of 90x190. Separate toilets. Household linen and electricity included. End of stay cleaning 80 €, sheets at 20 € / beds 1 and 2 pers / change, towels at 5 € / person / change. You will love staying in the old Sabotier house, in the village of Saint Front la Rivière (close to all shops: bakeries, tobacconists, pharmacies, etc.), completely renovated by the owners who have managed to keep the old while combining the comfort of recent furniture. Your children will enjoy visiting the shed with the owner. You will not be far from a play area for children (last photos of the presentation of the accommodation). Adults will have 2 bikes, a women's bike and a men's bike.
