You will appreciate this house whose living room includes a kitchen area with dishwasher, oven, microwave, 2 induction hobs, table-top fridge. After a step, you will reach the lounge area, with TV, internet and sofa and you will have a separate toilet with a washbasin on the ground floor. By a spiral staircase, you will access the mezzanine bedroom with 1 bed 140x190 and the bathroom open to the bedroom composed of a shower cubicle, a sink and a dressing room storage. You can park in a public car park behind the cottage or in the village car park 300m away. Wooden terrace and garden furniture in front of the cottage. Laundry room outside composed of a washing machine and another fridge. Please note, the cottage is not recommended for small children because of its staircase, kitchen and living room on 2 levels (photos 4). End of stay cleaning €40. Towels / person 4€. Sheets for double bed / change 10€. Several choices of visits are available to you while staying in this house located on the Vézère Valley and the prehistoric sites of the Vézère Valley. Auriac in Périgord, crossed by the river, offers a particularly pleasant setting for the holidays. Every Thursday in July and August, the square under the plane trees comes alive with the gourmet market from 6 p.m. where you can eat on site in a friendly atmosphere.
