This charming independent house without vis-à-vis is located next to a private storage building for the estate and the owners. You will have an entrance hallway which serves the bedrooms on the right and the living room on the left. The cottage has a living room (TV, internet, sofa, reversible air conditioning) with a view of the surrounding countryside. After a step, you will find the fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.).
You will have access to a bedroom with 1 bed of 160x200 and 1 bed of 90, a second bedroom with 2 beds of 90x200, a bathroom with a large shower, 2 sinks and separate toilets.
A reinforced socket for electric vehicles is available on site as well as a bowling alley. Private parking on site. Baby equipment: travel cot and high chair. Don't clutter your suitcases for the weekend, the owners provide sheets and towels. End-of-stay cleaning is €60. On site, everything has been designed for your comfort, the rooms are spacious and well-equipped, and the gîte space offers preserved privacy. You will have the opportunity to explore the Périgord-Limousin Regional Natural Park, and enjoy its abundant nature. On the gastronomic side, you can discover the delicious dishes of the Dordogne such as truffles, walnuts, porcini mushrooms, foie gras... thanks to the farms present throughout the territory. Your stay can begin with a visit to Brantôme, the Little Venice of Périgord and its magnificent troglodyte abbey. Nearby, there is also the superb town of Périgueux which is full of Gallo-Roman remains and small medieval streets. Other ideas for outings: the castle of Bourdeilles and the cave of Villars. This part of the Périgord, green and hilly, is ideal for sports activities (climbing, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, canoeing) As you will have understood, your stay is placed under the sign of relaxation and discovery
