You will appreciate this single-storey cottage composed of a living room (TV, internet, pellet stove) / dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the private terrace with garden furniture and plancha. You will have 2 bedrooms with 2 beds of 160x200 and 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90x190 and a bathroom with a shower, a sink and a toilet.
To perfect your tan, the roof terrace and its deckchairs are ideal.
At your disposal, a garage for a small car of less than 4.50m or to store bicycles and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Public parking 50 m away or parking spaces in the adjacent streets.
Household linen, sheets, towels, electricity and heating included. End of stay cleaning €75. Pellets for poles not included. This house will allow you to spend a pleasant stay without a car because you can go on foot to discover Bergerac or by bike with your own equipment or you can, if you wish, rent your bikes on site to enjoy beautiful walks on the greenway. The city of Bergerac, in the Dordogne Valley, will never cease to charm you with its medieval and renaissance architecture, not to mention the Saint Jacques church, one of the most beautiful buildings in the city. Treat yourself to a gastronomic break by tasting a regional wine on the terrace of a restaurant (to be consumed in moderation!) as well as our many culinary specialties.
