5 km from Villefranche du Périgord (all shops), 65 m2 house adjoining a year-round rental and 50 m from the Romanesque church (the bells ring from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. every hour and 1/2 hour). Raised ground floor (12 steps): Living room with kitchen area with Wi-Fi internet connection and 108 cm TV. 2 bedrooms: 2 90 cm beds and 2 140 cm beds. Shower room. Separate toilet. Electric heating. Private, unfenced, shaded land behind the gîte of 200 m2. Terrace. Garden furniture. Barbecue. Household linen and heating included. No provision of bathroom linen possible. Sheets €15/bed/change. End-of-stay cleaning €80. Village house located in the heart of Loubéjac, on the Route des Bastides, close to Villefranche du Périgord whose market hall houses a large porcini mushroom market in season. In Loubéjac, festivities on the market square near the gîte: Local producers' market every Thursday from 6:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. (early July/end of August) with the possibility of consuming local products on site in a calm and friendly atmosphere. Yard sale on the last Sunday in July. Village festival with 2 night dances (1st weekend in August). Walking trails on site. Baby equipment: 1 baby bed, 1 high chair, 1 baby bath.
