9 km from Le Bugue (Shops), 150 m² house adjoining the owners' home without vis-à-vis. Entrance through a large living room with a fitted kitchen open to the living room opening onto the terrace, the garden and the swimming pool. Going down 4 steps, you will access 5 bedrooms each with a shower room and a toilet: 3 bedrooms with 1 140 cm bed, 1 bedroom with 1 160 cm bed and 1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds. Shared laundry room with the owner's with washing machine and dryer. Unfenced land of 1500 m2 with garden furniture, 25 m² terrace, barbecue, swing/slide. Parking on site in front of the cottage for up to 4 vehicles.
Private unheated swimming pool, chlorine, open from May 1st to October 15th, dimensions 4.50mx9m and depth of 1 to 1.50 m, secured by a barrier. Petanque ground.
