Located in a prime area near the Palais de la Mer / Seaquarium sector in Le Grau du Roi, this studio apartment, with a living area opening onto a lovely terrace, will be a real favorite for seaside lovers.
Enjoy its terrace, perfect for spending convivial moments for two or four people, or simply sipping your coffee in peace in the morning.

The beach is not far, and you can enjoy beautiful walks starting from the "Le Lagon Bleu" residence. Stroll, discover the 1st Marina in Europe, head to the village center, swim at the famous Espiguette Beach, and much more nearby.

This apartment is facing East and is located on the ground floor of a well-maintained 1980s residence. The security of the apartment is ensured by a digital code. The apartment is laid out as follows: a kitchenette, a living room, and a shower room. It also has electric convector heating, which is individual. The interior of this apartment is in excellent condition.

This apartment does not have a private parking space within the residence, but there is ample free parking available nearby.

The property is close to all amenities: it is located 1 km from shops and 10 minutes from schools. The bus stop and train station are 10 minutes away. The nearest airport is 25 km away. For leisure, you can enjoy a marina and numerous restaurants within 10 minutes.

These details are communicated to travelers before each stay. Bracelets are provided in the apartment for you to access this supervised swimming pool during the season. Please note that proper swimwear is required and swim shorts are prohibited.
