Located in a quality location on the sector of the Palais de la Mer/ Seaquarium, in the Grau du Roi, this studio apartment consisting of a living room overlooking a pretty terrace, will be a real favorite for lovers of the sea.
Enjoy its terrace, which will allow you to spend friendly moments at two or 4 , to drink your coffee in the morning.
The beach not very far, beautiful walks to do starting on foot from the residence "Le Lagon Bleu", stroll, go to discover the 1st Marina of Europe, reach the heart of the village, go swimming at the famous beach of Espiguette.... a multitude of things to do nearby.
This apartment is oriented to the East. It is located on the ground floor of a residence of the 80’s in condominium. The latter is of standing. The security of the apartment is provided by a digicode. This apartment is arranged as follows: a kitchenette kitchen, living room and a bathroom. Electric convector heating is installed in the apartment. Heating is individual. This apartment has an interior in very good condition.
This apartment does not have a private parking space in the residence but you will find free parking around.
The property is close to all amenities: it is located 1 km from shops and 10 minutes from schools. The bus stop and train station are 10 minutes from the property. The nearest airport is 25 km away. There is a marina for your leisure activities. There are also many restaurants within 10 minutes.

Please note that wearing the appropriate swimsuit is recommended and bathing shorts are prohibited.
