Located in a prime location in the heart of the village of Le Grau du Roi, this apartment is a true favorite for seaside lovers. It is part of a residence set directly on the right-bank beach, a highly sought-after area offering both tranquility and immediate access to all shops and amenities. The private terrace is perfect for peaceful, romantic moments with stunning surroundings.
This studio is on the 4th and top floor, with elevator access, and boasts a beautiful sea view with wide, open vistas over the Bay of Aigues-Mortes and across to La Grande Motte. It features an open-plan kitchen connected to a comfortable living area with a two-seater sofa and TV space. The sleeping area is within the same room and includes a fixed 140 cm double bed, providing convenience and comfort without the need to open a sofa bed every night. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and all the cookware and utensils needed to prepare your meals.
The living space is modern, air-conditioned (reversible), and bright. You will appreciate the quiet atmosphere right in the center of the resort and the comfort of this airy, well-lit apartment. Depending on the season, you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets from the terrace.
The bathroom includes a shower and a toilet. Bed linen for a double bed and four towels (two large and two small) are included in your booking. Any additional linen can be provided at an extra cost: €25 for a double bed and €15 for a single bed. A welcome kit with essential items is included, excluding condiments, shower gel, and shampoo.
The Château Leenhardt residence is a modern beachfront complex with private access to the sand through the garden. Each apartment includes a kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a sleeping area or a separate bedroom depending on the unit, and quality amenities. The apartments offer terraces or balconies with views of the sea, the Bay of Aigues-Mortes, or La Grande Motte—perfect for enjoying magical sunsets. The location is ideal for walking everywhere: shops, markets (in the town center and Boucanet), restaurants, tapas bars, and cinema. Le Grau du Roi offers seaside strolls, bike rides to the Aigues-Mortes salt flats (green paths, bike rentals 300 m away), paddle boating, boat trips, or 4x4 excursions to discover the Camargue region. Nearby attractions include Luna Park, Amigoland, and the Port-Camargue thalassotherapy center (3 km away). The Espiguette and South beaches are also popular for kite surfing.
Check-in and check-out can be done independently or with a personalized welcome, depending on your preference. You will have full access to the property to enjoy your stay. All check-in instructions are sent the day before your arrival. The train station of Le Grau du Roi is 1 km away. Bus services are available nearby. The nearest major transportation hubs are Montpellier Sud de France TGV station and Montpellier Airport.
The residence is located right on the sand, with private beach access through a gate at the end of the property. It consists of two buildings, A and B, arranged in an L-shape, each with its own elevator (ground floor + 4 stories). The apartments are not equipped for reduced mobility access (non-PMR). If your apartment is in Building A, the higher the floor, the wider the sea view, facing La Grande Motte with a northwest exposure, ideal for enjoying sunset views. This side of the building borders a municipal parking area, which is paid from March to November. Please note that this parking lot does not obstruct the sea view. Our agency cannot be held responsible for any misunderstandings or misinterpretations regarding its presence. Nowhere in our listings do we claim that these apartments are seafront or -line with unobstructed sea views.
If your apartment is in Building B, it is set further back from the beach. Most of these units face the residence’s inner garden and parking area before offering partial sea views between Building A and the neighboring complex “Les Villégiales du Château.” These apartments still enjoy a lovely sea view with southwest exposure.
