* IMPORTANT*: We would like to inform you that currently, work is underway near the villa. We understand the importance of your peace of mind and would like to assure you that the crane, which can be seen in one of the photos, will be removed by the end of May, as evidenced by an official document.
We would also like to point out that the major external works have now been completed. Only the second works are in progress, which normally does not cause major noise nuisance.
We are aware that this may cause concerns, however, we would like to assure you that we are doing our best to minimize any disruption during your stay. We remain at your disposal for any additional questions.
