Upper floor: open living/dining room with dining table and TV (flat screen), wood-burning stove. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, Gas stove, 5 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). 2nd upper floor: (spiral staircase), 1 large double bedroom. Exit to the terrace. Bath/bidet/WC, hydro massage bath. Gas heating. Heating available only from 15.10. to 15.04. Natural stone floors. Terrace. Terrace furniture. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house, no parking. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.
