ARCACHON CENTER, BEAUTIFUL T3 WITH LOGGIA AND PARKING 400 M FROM THE BEACH!
Located on the floor of a charming residence with elevator, this spacious T3 apartment (2 bedrooms) of approximately 80 m² offers very good comfort in a setting with typical Arcachon architecture. Ideal for accommodating up to 4 people, it benefits from a pleasant loggia and a dedicated parking space.
From the entrance, an airlock with cupboard/wardrobe leads to a large, fully equipped independent kitchen, including refrigerator with freezer, traditional oven, 3-burner induction hob, hood, microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. The kitchen opens onto the loggia. The living room and dining room, air-conditioned and facing south, also give access to the loggia. A corridor leads to a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, separate WC, a bathroom with shower cubicle, as well as a south-facing master suite, consisting of a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a cupboard/wardrobe and an adjoining bathroom with walk-in shower. A second south-facing bedroom is equipped with two single beds (90 cm) and offers storage space.
The loggia of approximately 10m², facing south and overlooking the Cours Desbiey, is furnished with furniture for meals and moments of relaxation outdoors.
This bright, easy-to-maintain apartment (tiled floor) is well laid out, spacious and very well equipped, including Internet/Wifi.
