This large studio, newly refurbished and nicely decorated, of 32 sq. m is located on the 4th floor of a quiet and luxury residence and is equipped with :
- a large and bright living space with a comfortable sofa bed,
- a very well-equipped open kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, hotplates, fridge),
- a bathroom with bathtub,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, ironing equipment,

The studio is located in the heart of the old village of Montrouge, a few minutes away from Paris. This calm area, also knows as Writers’ District, has plenty of shops : bakery, butchery, restaurants, market… Thanks to the metro situated nearby, you will be perfectly linked to Paris city center : it will take you just 20 min to join the Eiffel Tower, Luxemburg Garden, Cochin hospital, Marais district… The studio is also located nearby the Exhibition Parc of Porte de Versailles, as well as 15 min away on foot from the Dental Surgery Faculty of Montrouge and 8 min from Orange Campus and Crédit Agricole Campus Evergreen.
