Located in the heart of Old Town in Annecy, this charming duplex will accommodate up to 5 people. With its ideal location just a stone's throw from the banks of the Thiou river, you will be able to fully enjoy the city of Annecy, with its lake and mountains.

This nice and cozy apartment is situated on the 4th floor (with elevator) and consists of a living space of 68 sq. m. It includes:
- a pleasant living room with a sofa bed,
- a cozy mezzanine looking out onto the living room,
- a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm) and a walk-in closet,
- a bedroom with 2 single beds,
