A sublime and prestigious Haussmannian-style apartment ideally located in the heart of Annecy. Comprising three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, you will enjoy its unique assets both in terms of decor and location (just a few metres from the lake and the heart of the Venice of the Alps).
The Bel Epoque property is composed as follows:
- Bright and charming through-living room with dining area, balcony access (typical city view), living room (TV set) and fully equipped open kitchen (Thermomix)
- Bedroom 1: double bed 140 with access to small balcony, city view and storage cupboard
- Bedroom 2: double bed 160 with access to small balcony, city view and storage cupboard
- Bedroom 3: 2 single beds 90 (can be made into a double) with access to small balcony, city view and storage cupboard
- Italian-style shower room with two sinks and toilet
- Single-sink shower room
- Laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer

The ideal location of the apartment allows for easy access to Annecy on foot or by bike, but also to the villages around (Annecy-Le-Vieux, Veyrier du Lac, Talloires, Sevrier, Saint-Jorioz…_)
