As soon as you arrive, you will be greeted by an elegant entrance with a bow window serving as a winter lounge, inviting you to relax (Stores Bannes). The spacious and bright living room, decorated with a decorative fireplace, offers a lounge area (TV + DVD/VHS player + HIFI system + Various books) and a dining room area (6 people). The independent kitchen, fitted and equipped, offers all the necessary comfort (Dishwasher - Fridge with Freezer - Microwave - Kettle - Filter Coffee Maker + Nespresso - Electric Citrus Press - Toaster - Oven - Hob - Hood). The bright veranda, equipped with a connected speaker and board games for children, opens onto the 405m2 enclosed garden with trees. A terrace with outdoor furniture, barbecue and parasol will allow you to fully enjoy the outdoors.
The sleeping area you will find Bedroom 1 with 140/190 bed + wardrobe, Bedroom 2 with 140/190 bed + wardrobe+ bathroom (sink and hairdryer) and Bedroom 3 with two 80/200 beds that can be assembled to form a large 160/200 bed + wardrobe.
