On the raised ground floor, you will find a bright living room equipped with a TV (with Chromecast) and a piano, which opens onto a large terrace and garden with an outdoor dining area for eight people, garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue, perfect for al fresco dining. The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, American fridge, induction and gas hobs, extractor hood, as well as coffee makers and other practical appliances. The spacious and intimate master suite has a 150/200 bed, a dressing room and a private bathroom with bathtub, vanity unit and heated towel rail. A separate toilet with washbasin completes this level.
On the garden level, three bedrooms, all with their private bathroom with shower, vanity unit and toilet, offer comfort and privacy. The bedrooms on this level have modular beds that can be transformed into large beds (either 2 beds 80/190 or large bed 160/190), and bedrooms 3 and 4 have direct access to the garden.
