Excellent villa in Pêra, inserted in a quiet and familiar area, and just 2.7km from Zoomarine, 3.3km from Praia de Armação de Pêra, and 5.7km from Algarve Shopping.
With 4 bedrooms and capacity for 8 people, it also has a swimming pool, private parking, terrace with barbecue and furniture to relax and dine outdoors, having a perfect structure to receive families or a group of friends.
Spacious and well decorated, it is fully equipped, including a washing machine, and all linen and towels are provided as well as amenities for the day such as shower gel and toilet paper.
The day before your stay we will send you a message with the information you will need for your check-in. You should then respond to us with your expected arrival time. Check-in takes place directly at the accommodation from 3:30 pm.
Upon check-out, guests must leave the accommodation in a reasonable state of cleanliness, otherwise My home in reserves the right to charge an extra cleaning cost. We also ask that you pay attention to your belongings when checking out, as we are not responsible for objects left in the accommodation.
