Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. This renovated stone house from the year 1900 with a garden is located in Preko on the island of Ugljan. It is in a quiet location, right by the pier, just five metres from the sea.

Around the house there is a 250m² well-kept garden, with a beautifully laid out, roofed terrace with a table, chairs and a hot tub. The rear courtyard has a brick-built barbecue. Right in front of the house there are public parking spaces available. The site is enclosed with a wooden gate to the front and a fence around the garden and is therefore suitable for pets.

The house provides 70m² of living space and can accommodate five people. It consists of a spacious living room-kitchen with a sitting area, a dining area and a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully-equipped with all modern appliances. The bathroom has a shower, WC and washing machine. The two bedrooms have two double beds (160 x 200cm and 140 x 200cm) and a single bed (120 x 200cm). The living room-kitchen and one of the bedrooms have air conditioning. A possibility for internet connection is also available.

Despite the quiet location, there are many shops, restaurants and cafés near the house. It is 150 metres to the nearest sandy beach. There are two pretty little islands facing Preko. One has a Franciscan monastery. The other provides beautiful spots for swimming. It is half an hour by boat to Zadar.

There is a kayak and a bike at your disposal free of charge.

Inside the property there is another small apartment. Guests who rents the house share the same entrance with that aparment. Nothing else.
