We exclusively offer you this magnificent mansion in the heart of the village of Tarascon. On 3 floors this village house has on the ground floor, a TV lounge, a beautiful library, a kitchen open to a dining room and a guest bathroom. On the 1st floor: 1 living room, an office area, 2 bedrooms each with a bathroom. On the 2nd floor: 1 living room, 1 bedroom with bathroom, 1 bedroom with a shower room and a double bedroom. The exterior has a 7 x 2 m pool, a beautiful shaded terrace and a garden furniture area. Concierge service during your stay Cleaning and sheets included - A lump sum may be withheld from the security deposit if the trash has not been taken out by the tenant, if the house is left in a deplorable state compared to the state entry points and if there is a shortage of linen. Tourist tax not included in the price (€5.76 x number of adults + 18 years old x number of nights) Deposit: €2,000 to be paid by credit card imprint or transfer only, before entering the premises.
