Pyla Renovated house 2023 for 8 people Quiet and natural atmosphere House of approximately 85m² completely renovated for 8 people located in a quiet and wooded area. Near the beach between the Moulleau and Pyla districts. This house is surrounded by a pretty garden and a terrace; it consists of a spacious living room with a sofa, TV-WIFI, a dining table and chairs. An open fitted and equipped kitchen: fridge/freezer, induction hob, hood, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher… A cellar with a washing machine and storage. A separate toilet. A bathroom with bath, shower and double sinks, heated towel rail… The sleeping area consists of 4 bedrooms: There are 3 bedrooms with 140 cm beds and cupboards/wardrobe, one of the bedrooms has a dressing room and a last bedroom with two 90 cm beds. Our opinion: House completely renovated and tastefully decorated. Nature spirit. Household linen not provided, animals not accepted, non-smoking accommodation. Additional services: rental of sheets, towels. End of stay cleaning required.
