Come and discover this magnificent charming house, a pretty stone farmhouse located on a large 3000m² plot.
Upon entering this house, you will discover a very spacious ground floor: a bright living room that communicates with a large living room open to the kitchen for good meals with friends or family. You will also discover 2 very beautiful master suites, one adjoining the living room with a 140x200 bed and its pretty bathroom with shower. The other master suite is located on the other side of the house, you will be charmed by its magnificent exposed beams and its pretty bathroom equipped with a bathtub shower.
Upstairs, the landing serves the 3 other bedrooms: a large bedroom equipped with a 160x200 bed and a cot, a second bedroom ideal for children with a bunk bed, a fixed bed under which hides a second single bed, just pull the handle to discover it. The 3rd bedroom is full of charm with its splendid exposed beams and its 14x200 bed. Finally, on this floor, you will find the 3rd bathroom of the house with a shower and a toilet.
The house is ideally located 700m from the port of L\'Aber Wrac\'h and 500m from the Plage des Anges, so you can easily access it on foot. For hiking enthusiasts, the GR34 long-distance hiking trail passes through the port and allows you to discover all the beauty of L\'Aber Wrac\'h.

For art lovers: La Passerelle in Brest, La Fondation Leclerc in Landerneau, the Musée des Beaux-Arts in Brest.... For children, you will also find nearby: La Récré des 3 Curés (amusement park), Océanopolis (one of the largest aquariums in Europe).
For the more sporty, magnificent kitesurfing, windsurfing, paddle or surfing spots are located nearby. For golfers, you will find several nearby, including the Golf des Abers.
