As you enter this house, you will discover a very spacious ground floor: a bright living room that opens onto a large living room with kitchen to enjoy meals with friends or family. You will also discover 2 very beautiful parental suites, one adjoining the living room with a 140x200 bed and its pretty bathroom with shower. The other master suite is located on the other side of the house, you will be charmed by its magnificent exposed beams and its pretty bathroom equipped with a bathtub shower.

On the floor, the landing leads to the 3 other bedrooms: a large bedroom equipped with a 160x200 bed and a baby bed, a second bedroom ideal for children with a trundle bed, a "fixed" bed under which hides a second single bed, you just have to pull the handle to discover it. The third bedroom is full of charm with its splendid exposed beams and its 14x200 bed. Finally on this floor you will find the 3rd bathroom of the house with a shower and a toilet.

The house is ideally located at 700m from the port of Aber Wrac'h and 500m from the beach of the angels, so you can easily reach it by foot. For hiking enthusiasts, the GR34 hiking trail passes by the port and allows you to discover the beauty of Aber Wrac'h.

For art lovers: La Passerelle in Brest, La Fondation Leclerc in Landerneau, the Brest Museum of Fine Arts....
For children you will also find nearby: the 3 curés recreation park, Océanopolis (one of the largest aquariums in Europe).
For the more sporty, there are magnificent spots for kitesurfing, windsurfing, paddle or surfing nearby. For golfers, there are several nearby, including the Abers golf course.
