It is located in a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer, a wardrobe and all the necessary equipment for the maintenance of the house. Finally, you will also find an independent toilet.

The floor is composed of 3 bedrooms. The 2 bedrooms are equipped with 2 twin beds (90x200) which can also be used as a king size bed (180x200). The third and last bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, one 90x200 and the other 80x190, ideal for 2 children.

The house is located on a nice garden of 680m², fully fenced, so children can play safely while parents enjoy the large wooden terrace equipped with all the necessary equipment (garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs).

The house is located 600m from the beautiful beach of Treompan. You can easily walk to the beach.

For art lovers: La Passerelle in Brest, La Fondation Leclerc in Landerneau, the Brest Museum of Fine Arts....
For children you will also find nearby: the 3 curés recreation park, Océanopolis (one of the largest aquariums in Europe).
