Come and discover this luxurious 135m² duplex with its feet in the water, which is one of the rare and confidential places. The Baie des Anges is one of the most beautiful bays in the North Finistère. Between you and the sea, there is only a window to open...
On the ground floor, you will discover 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. You will also discover a sumptuous master suite with its dressing room, toilets, freestanding bathtub and shower.
On the lower level, the 70m² living space, equipped kitchen with central island, solid wood table, cosy sofas, 4x2m bay window opening onto the terrace overlooking the sea.
Whether you are back from a walk or a swim, everything is done in this large apartment for you to feel good. We have designed this accommodation as a cosy and high-end place where peace and relaxation are the key words.
Whether you are 2, 4 or 6, you will have space. Open the window, open your eyes, and breathe!
You can decide to cook at home, go to the restaurants on the other side of the road or 2 minutes away on foot. You can also have a chef come to your home, have your aperitif delivered while comfortably seated with your eyes on the water.
