You will be conquered by the calm and beauty of the place. Ideally located in the countryside of Aix, this villa with very high quality services and a swimming pool, is like a haven of peace nestled in the Provencal forest, and yet you are only 15 minutes from Aix en Provence.
This villa has been designed with beautiful authentic and modern materials. The careful decoration of Zen and feng shui inspiration, aspires to meditation and relaxation.
The luminosity is very present, and you will be conquered by the beauty of the place and the well-being that your stay will bring you.

You will be conquered by the calm and the beauty of the place. Ideally located at about 20 minutes from Aix en Provence, this villa is like a haven of peace and allows you to enjoy the nature,
Strategically located in the triangle Marseille-Aix-Salon de Provence, Ventabren offers you both the picturesque Provencal scenery and the countryside at less than 30 minutes from a large urban area.
Ventabren has the particularity to have on its territory the largest stone aqueduct in the world... !
To see it, it's quite easy because you pass underneath it to reach the house. It was built by a young engineer of 26 years old, Franz Mayor de Montricher, in the middle of the XIXth century (1842-1847) to bring water from the Durance to Marseille. It was a success, its creator had all the honors and Marseille was eternally grateful to him to have saved it from the drought. You can discover the aqueduct with its three rows of arches, its 400 meters long and 83 meters high. The Pont du Gard is 266 m long and 47 m high... a miniature next to it !!!

Villa 6 rooms 12/13 persons:
The villa is composed in 2 parts: main part composed of an entrance with large living room and dining area, fully equipped kitchen with utensils, dishwasher, espresso machine, kettle ... A laundry room with washing machine is also at your disposal.
At each ½ level, 2 double rooms with beds in 160 and 1 double room with bed in 160 and a small bench bed in 90x190, a bathroom and shower, and toilet.
At the back of the house, 3 double bedrooms with beds in 160 for each one, a shower-room (Italian shower) and toilets. Each room has its own private garden, closed and with trees.
Outside garden furniture on the covered terrace, and around the swimming pool a relaxing space to play or rest. You also have the possibility to have your meals in the shade on the side of the house.
Equipment: terrace, television, heating, air conditioning, 4 bathrooms, 4 toilets, kitchen utensils, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, induction cooker 4 burners, vacuum cleaner.
