Everything is in place for gathering, sharing, cooking, or simply enjoying the passage of time. A separate toilet is also available on this level.
On the same floor, the sleeping area includes two bedrooms, each with a 160 x 200 cm bed, built-in wardrobes, and fans for peaceful nights. A secluded office space completes this area—ideal for working remotely in peace. A modern bathroom rounds off this floor.

A security deposit in the form of a €1 bank pre-authorization will be taken during your online check-in. This amount will not be charged unless there is damage or additional cleaning required. It will be automatically released within five business days after your departure, provided the property is left in good condition.
