Welcome to Rognes, 20 minutes from Aix en Provence and Lourmarin, less than an hour from the beaches of Carry le Rouet and Sausset les Pins. An ideal location to enjoy Provence and its many landscapes. Perfect for family holidays with a fully enclosed 5000m garden in a calm and residential environment. Beautiful swimming pool and wooden terrace with deckchairs to enjoy sunny days, garden furniture and games for children in the shade of the oaks. A large car park on the north side will allow several vehicles to be parked on the property.

**Exterior side:**

Here, we often live outside: the arbor shelters a table to take your meals outside. A plancha is at your disposal. Around the 10x5 swimming pool (security by alarm) you can enjoy a large terrace with deckchairs and parasols. The garden also offers a large wooded area where children can play table tennis or jump on the trampoline.
