Superb villa in the centre of Deauville, over 300 m2, a stone's throw from Place Morny, the station and a few minutes' walk from the beach.

The total capacity of the house is 12 travellers.

This property opens onto a very large living room with a large TV screen and a dining room with a table d'hôte for 12 people. The dining room opens onto a large, fully-equipped kitchen, and the full-length access from the lounge and dining room to the large terrace makes the whole property very light and airy.

There are 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and a garden of around 300 m2 overlooked by the terrace with its large garden table seating 12.
