NOTE: A security deposit of 200€ is required before check-in - we hold the deposit in your credit card (at arrival or one day before) and will release it up to 7 days after your check-out. The platform is no longer holding the security deposit and allow us to collect it directly from the guest. This information appears when you are confirming the booking. So, all the bookings must pay the refundable damage deposit before or at check-in.
