By entering this house, you enter a large bright living room open to the outside. It includes a large fully equipped open kitchen. A bar with these 3 bar stools makes the separation with the dining room composed of a large table for good meals with family or friends. The dining room also overlooks the living room with a view of the sea and the garden thanks to its large bay windows and French windows. Still on the ground floor, you will also find a bedroom with a double bed (140x190), a separate toilet and the only bathroom in the house, equipped with a bathtub and a double washbasin cabinet. Upstairs you access the other 3 bedrooms of the house. The 1st is equipped with a large double bed (160x200), facing south with a lovely sea view. The 2 other bedrooms are ideal for children: they are equipped with 2 single beds each, also with sea view, and a safe. toys are available for children. For the little ones we also provide a cot with its mattress, a high chair and a bathtub. In the basement you will find a laundry area with washing machine and dryer. The exterior will delight young and old. The garden of more than 5000 m² with trees has several areas to enjoy the incredible view of the sea and the port of Aber Wrac'h. The children will love discovering the Breton moor at the bottom of the garden with its cabin corners, while the adults will enjoy the large fixed barbecue and the magnificent view. Garden furniture is of course available for young and old (large table and deckchairs). Crossing the road, you can discover the flora and fauna of the foreshore. But if you prefer the beaches, the house is located on the peninsula of Sainte-Marguerite, you will reach it very quickly and discover its magnificent fine sandy beaches. This peninsula is also very famous for board sports enthusiasts, it is a well-known kitesurfing, wingfoil and funboard spot! For hiking enthusiasts, the GR34 long-distance hiking trail passes 2 steps from the house and allows you to discover all the beauty of the Aber Wrac'h.
