This unique villa is 10 minutes drive from the village of Bormes-les-Mimosas, shops and beaches.
Walking distance by paths is 30 minutes.
The property is located at :
- 10 minutes by car from the village of Bormes-les-Mimosas (park at the Saint-Jacques parking lot)
- 30 minutes by foot from the village of Bormes-les-Mimosas
- 7 minutes by car from the Intermarché
- 10 minutes by car from the beach of Le Lavandou
Independent arrival: once your reservation is complete, access codes to the property gate and the house will be sent to you.
Possibility to park 4 to 5 cars in the property.
Recently renovated villa with new equipment and hotel quality bedding, designed to receive vacationers and provide them with maximum comfort and relaxation.
- 5 bedrooms with double beds (10 beddings). The 2 upstairs bedrooms feature a sofa bed, for a total of 12 beddings.

To relax, the villa offers :

The garden has been turned over by wild boar and is therefore damaged.
We have installed an ultrasonic device to keep the boars away. Please do not bring pets into your home, as they may be frightened away.
Sheets and towels are provided.
A small quantity of welcome products/consumables is provided to get your stay off to a good start: coffee, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, cleaning products, sponge, paper towels, toilet paper, garbage can liners, hand soap.

Early check-in (12:00 noon instead of 5:00 p.m.) or late check-out (6:00 p.m. instead of 11:00 a.m.) are options available up to 10 days before the start of your stay.
These options are available in exchange for a fee of 30% of the average price of a night, except for a late check-out on Sunday when the fee will be 50% of the average price of a night.
Parties are not allowed and we have an alert system in place if the decibel limit is repeatedly exceeded (without sound recording).
