Arcachon - Ville d'Été, ideally located, close to the town centre, the beach, shops, restaurants and promenades, house of around 80m², accessible by outside staircase, comprising on the ground floor: a living room with meals on the terrace, a fully equipped independent kitchen, a bedroom (bed 140X190cm) with its shower room, a toilet and a shower room. Upstairs: a bedroom (bed 140X190cm), a second bedroom (2 bunk beds / 4 beds). Baby equipment available (high chair, bath, cot and potty). Garden & terrace of 47m² facing south-east with its teak furniture (plancha, 4 deckchairs, parasol...). Two adult bicycles available.
