This fully air-conditioned flat can accommodate up to 4 adults and has a large private swimming pool with private terrace (plancha available) and private garden, petanque court, 2 large bright bedrooms with 160x200 beds and their adjoining shower room as well as a very large laundry room. Private parking in the grounds of the house. Shops nearby but car is recommended. The flat on the 1st floor is occupied by the owner who is very discreet and attentive when needed.
Saint Laurent du Var is a great place to visit, ideally situated for touring the region. Halfway between the Principality of Monaco and Cannes, at the gateway to Nice, Saint-Laurent-du-Var is an ideal holiday resort. Radiant and dynamic, this seaside resort on a human scale offers you a panorama oscillating between modernism and tradition.
Moreover, a few minutes by car, you will find the beach, the seaside and its marina with its restaurants and bars as well as the CAP3000 shopping centre with more than 150 shops and restaurants, moreover this shopping centre is at the end of the seaside promenade! And Nice city centre is 15/20 minutes by car door to door.
