The owner's note, Marion et Mathilde

This Ostale house is located close to the private beach of Port Grimaud South.

It is composed of a wider living-room that make it more confortable and an open-plan kitchen.
On the 1st floor, a bedroom with a large bed with its own shower-room and little seaview and a second bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom.
On the canal side, a terrace and a little garden with a barrier.

WIFI

A 10m x 3,30m mooring in frotn of the terrace.
A numbered parking space in front fo the house.

A lovely house very well located close to the beach!

Additional information:

- The bed linen and towels will be delivered in packages for the number of people planned at the booking ( Only from 11/06/2022 until 30/09/2022) . Possibility to make beds in addition.
- No change of linen and towels will be provided during the stay except if you asked for it at least 2 weeks in advance. (subject to charges)
- No additional linen package will be provided less than 2 weeks before the arrival.
- Additional fees will be applied for any extra person.
- The final cleaning is not included but can be done in addition.
- The payment of resort fees will be requested (4,62€/ adult/ day)
- No animals, (except with the written agreement of the agency).
- Contract to send back with your signature to the agency. Otherwise the booking will be cancelled.
- A deposit via credit card requested upon arrival.
- Opening hours of the agency : 9.00am – 12.30 and 3.00 to 6.00pm Monday to Saturday (Saturday only from May to September)
