Villa Carpe Diem with private pool, is situated in a quiet and beautifully landscaped domain, only accessible to residents and tenants of the villas in the park. The domain includes a private beach (sloping gently) with a restaurant where 4 sun beds are always reserved for you. The villa is located at the top of the estate and to get to the private beach in a pleasant way, you have two electric golf carts at your disposal. Children love going to the beach with their parents that way!
The centre of Sainte Maxime is about 3 km away, and 1 km outside the property you will find bakeries, vegetable stalls and a campsite shop (in season).
The villa has a parking space for 4 cars and a garage with an electric door.
You have your own private swimming pool (9 x 4 m) at this villa, but the Domaine also has a large communal swimming pool with children's pool, with surveillance in high season. There is also a volleyball court, table tennis tables and a tennis court (reservations required). For small children, there are swings.
The plot on which the detached villa is located comprises about 1500 m2 with the swimming pool one level lower than the villa itself. The pool is flanked on one side by a sun terrace. The vegetation in the garden ensures complete privacy and the property is well maintained. From the terraces you overlook the garden and the pool, which can be beautifully lit at night. Next to the villa is the boules court.
