It consists of: a bathroom with a shower cabin and a basin, a separate toilet, a storage cellar, a living room with a 140cm rapido system sofa bed, a television, a table and chairs and a fitted and equipped open kitchen (top fridge, 2 electric ceramic hobs, a hood, a TASSIMO coffee maker and a traditional one, a kettle, a microwave, etc.) opening onto an east-facing balcony with a glimpse of the pool on which to eat with a table and 4 chairs and a manual awning. Has a ceiling light with programmable fan. Free parking in the adjacent streets or underground paid parking nearby. Bike storage in the residence. White linen is not provided. Pets not accepted and non-smoking accommodation. Additional services: rental of sheets, towels, wifi. End of stay cleaning required.
