Beautiful apartment of 67 m², classified 2 stars, located on the 3rd floor with entrance on the ground floor of a recent residence on the heights of Briançon. South-facing balcony (shaded in summer) with very nice view of the city and the peaks. It consists of an entrance serving the separate WC with large sink, a bathroom with bath and washing machine, a spacious and bright bedroom with a 140x190 double bed and the living room giving access to the balcony with panoramic views! It has a fully equipped kitchen (oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, extractor hood, raclette service...), a large living room (25 m²) with television + DVD player with sofa bed 2 beds, a second bedroom with bunk beds. Parking possible in the closed space of the residence. Our animal friends are not accepted.
