Close to food shops and night establishments, nurseries and activities for children, the summer/winter ice rink, 100 meters from the alpine ski (CHAMP GIGUET) and ESF departures and also cross-country ski ( Beauregard gondola). Large private courtyard. On the edge of a watercourse.
