In a residence of 30 apartments on the ground floor with balcony, built in 1971, located 500 m from La Clusaz-centre (5 mins walk) and 800 m from the ski lift departures (Télémix, Bossonnet chairlift and ski lessons departures). ESF (Bossonnet), very nice view of the village, the mountains and the ski slopes, shuttles 50 m away.
ENTRANCE/SLEEPING AREA: (parquet floor), 2 bunk beds x 1 pers. (90 cm), (high bed prohibited -6 years old), wardrobe storage, baby equipment,
LIVING ROOM: (parquet floor), 1 RAPIDO sofa bed for 2 (140 cm), flat screen television, French window opening onto a south-facing balcony, beautiful view of the mountains and the village,
KITCHEN equipped: sink, oven, microwave, capsule coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette and fondue set, ceramic hob, fridge (114L), dishwasher
SHOWER ROOM: shower, basin, hair dryer and W.C
Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

- Mini wifi box, for unequipped apartments, €7/day and €39/week (limited stock)
- Linen rental: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, tea towels... to be collected at the agency or at the dry cleaners. Order form attached to the contract, must be returned completed 10 days before arrival.
- Baby equipment: to order and pick up at the Pressing des Aravis
- End of stay cleaning, fixed price depending on the surface of the accommodation (€50 to €250), to be ordered 3 days before departure,
