In a residence of 30 apartments on the raised ground floor with balcony, built in 1971, located 500 m from Clusaz-center (5 minutes walk) and 800 m from ski lift departures (Télémix, Bossonnet Chairlift and ESF ski lesson departures). Beautiful view of the village, mountains and ski slopes. Shuttles 50 m away.
