The owner's note, Nerja
Just 200 metres from the Balcón de Europa, Casa Eloísa is a fully renovated villa for eight guests, with a private swimming pool available all year round. Each of its four bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom, giving couples and families their own space. With contemporary interiors and generous living spaces, the villa is right in the heart of Nerja.
The terrace is the heart of the house. It has sun loungers, a parasol and an outdoor dining area under an awning. As evening approaches, it's a lovely spot for dinner outdoors or spending a little longer by the pool.
On the ground floor, the spacious living room has sofas, a television and a dining table, alongside a fully equipped kitchen. Both spaces have direct access to the terrace and swimming pool through glass doors. There is also a guest WC on this floor.
Four en-suite bedrooms
The four bedrooms are on the upper floor, each with its own en-suite shower room. Three have double beds and the fourth has two single beds, making the layout suitable for families and groups of friends.
One of the double bedrooms opens onto a spacious terrace overlooking the pool, connected to the pool area on the ground floor by an external staircase.
There is also a separate small study with a desk, ideal for working comfortably during your stay, and a balcony overlooking a street in central Nerja. The balcony also connects to the twin bedroom.
Casa Eloísa has air conditioning in the living room and all four bedrooms, as well as high-speed Wi-Fi.
Explore Nerja on foot: Balcón de Europa and nearby beaches
The location makes it easy to enjoy central Nerja without needing a car. The Balcón de Europa is just 200 metres away, with restaurants, cafés, shops and pedestrianised streets nearby.
The beaches of Calahonda, El Salón and La Caletilla are just a few minutes' walk away, approximately 450 metres. From Casa Eloísa, you can head to the beach in the morning, return to your private pool in the afternoon and go out for dinner in the town centre, all on foot.
Important information: The villa does not have private parking. All four bedrooms are on the upper floor, accessed via internal stairs.
